Conveniently located 11 km from the hustle and bustle of the CBD in Melbourne’s busy South Eastern Suburbs, it is close enough for a day conference and far enough away from the pressures of the office. In the prime position of the City Oval, the Pavilion will exceed all that you have come to expect from a standard conference venue. Natural light flows through the room with floor to ceiling glass windows allowing magnificent views that stretch over the Box Hill Football oval, to the trees and resting hills of the Dandenong Ranges.

With the option of 2 separate and equally impressive rooms to choose from, the conference and training rooms are suitable for groups of 10 to 200 people.
The ‘Long room’, named for its impressive length which stretches over 32 meters with views that speak for themselves, it has the ability to seat 200 people theatre style or 170 seated at our custom built ‘oval tables’.
Our ‘Green’ room is more intimate for smaller tabled meetings, with a ‘U shape’ set up of 10 although it is just as comfortable set for 50 people in theater style. As you can see, we are able to cater to your individual requirements and would be happy to discuss your needs with you.

Our Conference coordination service will ensure that your event is a success and we will arrange your function from start to finish. Our customised service means you simply make your choices; we do all the administration & supply you with an easy one-page checklist (Your Conference Schedule) for each day of your event.

Room Hire only

Should you wish to hire the room only, a fee of $1000.00 applies for the long room, or $500.00 for the smaller green room with a discounted rate of $1300 for the exclusive use of the both rooms. This option applies to functions requiring no catering requirements and will be booked at the discretion of the venue manager.
